I remembered there was a cobbler nearby. I hd brought all my shoes to him, for repair, during my years in Kota Kinabalu.. He is still there and he remembers me as well! Encik Osman is from the Philippines. He said I could take his picture!The Malay word "Tukang" means skilled workman, "Kasut" means shoes. "Tukang Kasut" means shoe-mender.
